Effective 21 October 2026 · Draft for the Founder Edition preview — to be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address (sign-in is by magic link — we never store a password).
- Connected accounts: OAuth tokens for the services you connect (YouTube, vidIQ). Tokens are encrypted at rest with keys the application web server cannot read; only the production worker can decrypt them, and every access is recorded in an audit log.
- Workspace content: the briefs, scripts, media and analytics your workspace produces or ingests.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: research, production, publishing and analytics for your own channels.
- Your research data (e.g. vidIQ results) and analytics stay inside your workspace — they are never shared with other customers or used to train models.
- Prompts sent to AI providers contain your brief's topic and your brand's style settings, not your personal data.
3. Who we share with
Only the processors needed to run the service: our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), the AI model providers used for your productions, and Google/vidIQ APIs you connected. Each receives only what its function needs. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting an account revokes and erases its tokens immediately (ciphertexts are wiped, not just flagged).
- Deleting your workspace deletes its content; audit and billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
5. Your rights
You can export or delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to privacy@reelsgun.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you have the rights in the GDPR, including complaint to your supervisory authority.
